The library's mission is to support the academic programs of the University through the provision of high-quality information resources along with supportive services. Every Holy Family University student, instructor, and staff member has access to the library building, collections and services.
The photo ID issued by the University serves as a library card. Borrowers need their Holy Family ID to check out materials. The ID may also need to be shown when using library computers, obtaining interlibrary loan services, or obtaining database access. To access online resources from off-campus, use the links on the Holy Family University's Library page and log in using your Holy Family University credentials.
The library also provides non-academic services such as a limited collection of leisure reading and entertainment DVDs. Access to the library's print collections is a privilege for alumni who are registered with the Alumni Association. Checking out materials and using computers are privileges reserved for current members of the Holy Family University community (students, faculty, staff) and registered alumni.
If you have any questions, please ask a library staff member for more information about what services are available.
The library is not open to the public at this time.
The Library do not act in loco parentis. Anyone who brings dependents to the Library must supervise them at all times. University employees or students who leave unattended dependents in the Library will be subject to disciplinary action; outside visitors who do so will be barred from future visits to the Library.
