Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, have presented challenges and opportunities to university faculty and students. The number of new tools continues to grow and AI is now embedded in familiar software. These tools have caused some disruption, but they also provide new ways to engage students in their learning and prepare them for life after graduation. This page is intended to offer some suggestions and resources for managing Generative AI use in the classroom.

Detecting AI-Generated Content
The use of AI-detection tools is no longer a sufficient method for detecting AI-generated content and should not be relied on as the sole tool for detecting such content.
